Retail Supply are restructuring to align teams around core process and areas of opportunity, so this is an exciting time to join this team to help shape and be part of the new structure and ways of working. We have big ambitions to continually improve our key KPIs Service & Stock and the new structure will be a huge enabler to do this
Working as a data analyst youll be delivering analytical insights and solutions, working with your functional team to drive supply KPIs and process improvement. You will have a passion for turning insight into recommendations along with strong analytical skills.
This is a new role within Supply and a really key part of the team to unlocking the insight to KPI improvement. You will have the opportunity to present your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and then measure the impact of your ideas.
Using data analytics to drive insight and exception reports for the supply/planning teams
Understand the drivers where KPIs are off track and use data insight to provide recommendations
Use data to create models that identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Performing final analysis to provide additional data screening
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Continually and proactively seeking out areas of opportunity to improve process
A bit about you
Advanced capability in Excel and Data mining. Use of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Analytical and organized, able to work and deliver at pace. Excellent attention to detail
Clear communicator with ability to influence and manage expectations with stakeholders
Change management mindset, confidence to try new things and consistently looking to save time and prioritise key processes and activities
