Edwards Employment Solutions are currently recruiting an Operations Administrator for a well established specialist engineering company based in Chesterfield.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a specialist company on a permanent basis.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage incoming correspondence including emails, letters etc
Meeting and greeting clients
Handling incoming client queries
Managing field based team members diaries
Scheduling jobs with clients and engineers
Liaising with suppliers
Working to dealines
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will be:
Calm under pressure
Good at prioritising
A strong team player
Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5:30pm.
Salary for this role is £19K - £20k per annum (negotiable depending upon experience).
